Give me a line

and I’ll take your heart

Talk to me in music

and we shine

Call and I respond


I am fully, utterly alive

first waiting for you,  

now jumping the beat

drumming with hands and feet

 

Smelling the changes

as the music rings

in all my senses . . .

Flowers change color 

behind closed eyes

with the chords 

Sounds we cannot

make alone

Tasting the final result, 

full-bodied and rich - 

a fine vintage,

let’s bottle it!
